What is JOJO ?

JOJO is a Paris based premium underwear label disrupting the men’s underwear market by showcasing a diverse, inclusive, realistic and contemporary representations of masculinity. 

 

What material are JOJO boxers made of?

The JOJO boxers are made from 100% organic cotton which, in comparison to normal cotton, consumes up to 60% less water. It is environmentally friendly while staying breathable, wicks away moisture from the body and maintaining its shape and colour.

 

Where are the JOJO boxers made?

In partnership with Fairly Made, our production is located in a factory in the beautiful region of Kolkata, India. All garments are beautifully hand crafted by true textile artisans. How are the JOJO sizes?

We have 6 amazing sizes, ranging from XS to XXL. Our garments stay true to size. The fit of our garments are usually cosy, so if you prefer your boxer to fit tightly around your amazing body, you might want to go down one size. Please find our size guide below.

 

On each product page, if you change the sizes, you'll see which one the JOJO model was wearing during our photo shoot. Look for the one that fits best your body type !

How do I best take care of my JOJO boxer ?

The underwear is made of the delicate organic cotton, and the best take to take care of your JOJO boxer is to machine wash warm in no higher than 30-40C/ 105 F, with similar colors. For best durability, do let the garment hang dry. If preferred, warm iron and fold neatly.

 

How do I make sure I never miss any JOJO news?

For the moment our Instagram account is the best way to find out what we are up to, and where we are up to ! Make sure you follow us so you never miss out on anything.

 

Where can I buy JOJO boxers ?

No matter where you are in the world you can always shop for your favorite JOJO  boxers through our website myjojo.fr Apart from that we occasionally organize pop-up experience stores or participate in different events. Make sure you follow our Instagram account to know when those happen.

 

I am experiencing technical difficulties on the website. What do I do?

We always aim for the shopping experience on our website to be the very best, but if you were to experience any technical issues please try these tricks:

  • Clear your search history
  • Relaunch the website

If none of this works, please slide into our Instagram DMs and specify what the issue is and we will help you with your order.

 

I want to order, but the item seems to be out of stock. What do I do?

Oh no, that's unfortunate ! If the item you want is out of stock please contact us on Instagram and we will try to give you information on when it will get back in stock. Also, follow us on Instagram and you will be able to stay up to date with all latest news, product restocks & releases.

 

I did not get an order confirmation, what do I do?

If you did not receive an order confirmation please write to us on Instagram so we can double check everything is okay with your order, and provide you with your order confirmation info.

 

Can I change my order after placing it?

If you realize you want to change your order after placing it, please contact us on Instagram as soon as possible so we can change the order before it gets sent out to you. We cannot guarantee that the change will be possible, it depends on the status of the order and stock availability. If we cannot change your order directly in our system, you are welcome to return it to us once you receive it and we will help you make a change.

 

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

If you want to cancel your order you need to contact us as soon as possible on Instagram and depending on the status of the order we might be able to cancel it for you. If not, we have a return policy of 14 days.

Is it safe to order online?

It is our utmost importance that our customers feel safe ordering from our store. For your safety, we don’t process any payment information, and only work with the leading payment providers to handle all payments.

 

How do I pay for my order?

At the checkout you have different options depending on what country you are ordering from. All our customers have access to purchasing through Paypal, where you can either pay directly in your account or check out as a guest with your credit card details.

 

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept different payment methods depending on what country you are in, but for all countries we accept credit card and Paypal. At check out you will be able to see what payment method is available for you.

 

I have a coupon/gift card. How do I use it?

If you have a coupon or gift card, you can use it by ticking the box “I have a promo code” at checkout. Enter the code you have received and click Apply. In the unlikely event that the code should not work, this could be that it has been spelled wrong, or that the code has expired. If this problem should occur, please write to us on Instagram and we will do our best to help you.

 

What is your delivery policy?

All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. For countries outside of the EU the orders are shipped with DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) meaning you may be liable to pay tax upon receiving your package.

 

Will I be charged with tax if I order to outside the EU?

For countries outside the EU we ship with DDU, which means it is up to your local customs to decide the amount of tax you need to pay for your order.

 

When will I receive my order?

At check out you have the possibility to choose if you want to have your order delivered to your door or to a pick-up point. Depending on what you choose the delivery time might vary. However, we aim to send out all orders the next business day after being placed. However we cannot guarantee the delivery times are exact, but below are guidelines for shipping details:

France: 2-5 business days

UK: 3-6 business days

Rest of EU: 3-7 business days

US: 5-6 business days

Canada: 5-8 business days

Japan/China/South Korea: 4-7 business days

Rest of Asia: 4-7 business days

 

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

As long as your parcel has not left our warehouse we are able to change the delivery address, but please double check before placing the order that the address is correct. If not, please contact us on Instagram as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships from our office, you will receive an email with tracking information to the chosen shipping company such as DHL, UPS, Royal Mail, etc.

 

How do you ship?

We work with a range of external shipping partners such as DHL, UPS and Royal Mail.

 

Where do you ship from?

Our "fully automated state-of-the-art warehouse" is located in the center of Paris with excellent connections to international transit terminals for the fastest possible shipping to you.

 

How do I collect my order?

It depends on what shipping method is used, but the packages are either delivered to your door or to a service point available for pick up.

My order seems to be lost. What do I do?

We aim for all packages to have a safe journey to you, but despite this packages can get lost on the way. If you suspect this has happened to you, please contact us on Instagram and we will help you track the package and help you with a replacement order.

 

I received the wrong order. What do I do?

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong order please contact us on Instagram and we will help you with an exchange.

 

I received a faulty item. What do I do?

Of course we aim for a zero tolerance to faulty items being sent out, but if in the unlikely event, this were to happen please contact us on Instagram with a picture of the faulty garment and we will help you proceed with a reclamation and of course compensate you in the best way possible.

 

What is your return policy?

We have a general return policy of 14 days after receiving the package. In order for your return to be accepted the package has to be sealed.  We are not responsible for any shipping fees associated to the return. After having received your return, you will be refunded as soon as possible. 

 

Where do I send my return?

If you wish to make a return, please contact us on Instagram and we will provide you with all the details you need.

 

I have returned a product. When will I receive my refund?

We aim to refund you as soon as we receive your return, but the very latest within 30 days after having received the return.

 

I used a coupon on the order I wish to return. What will happen to it?

When we register your refund we will re-activate your coupon and send it out to you again, so you can use it on another order.
